A pie chart is a circular statistical graphic which is divided into slices to illustrate numerical proportion. To create a pie chart using KoolChart's JavaScript charting library, the <Pie2DChart> (or <Pie3DChart>) and <Pie2DSeries> (or <Pie3DSeries>) elements must be set in Layout.

In this JavaScript chart example, the startAngle attribute of the <Pie2DSeries> element is set to 136 in order to display the first slice ({"Country":"Brazil", "Export":294}) between 7 o'clock direction and 8 o'clock direction. The default value of the startAngle attribute is 0, which is the 3 o'clock direction.
